SCP-146 - The Shameful Bronze Head

Item #: SCP-146 Object Class: Euclid Special Containment Procedures: Containment procedures have been updated after it was discovered that storage in a standard 0.5 cubic meter secure containment locker caused SCP-146's effects to rapidly escalate to dangerous levels. However, the locker must remain open if a researcher wishes to conduct high-intensity testing on SCP-146. Any request to seal or encase SCP-146 for more than two days requires Level 3 authorization. Description: SCP-146 is a hollow bronze head, appearing to be part of a full-body statue or bust, depicting a young female or possibly feminized young male. The surface of the bronze head is heavily patinated, with silver ornamentation on the crown, and its lightly polished, forged silver eyes are presumed to be the source of its anomalous properties. SCP-146 has not exhibited any visible movement to date, but its reactions to specific arrangements within its containment area indicate that it possesses some degree of sentience, if not intelligence. The object has not displayed any apparent communication abilities. Source: http://scpwiki.com/scp-146 CC-BY-SA licensed.
