I'm wondering if there are many tutors/cram school teachers here. If I usually work Monday to Friday, but there's a pre-exam cram session on a Saturday due to midterms, will I get paid extra? Or is it calculated based on the regular salary structure? (Assuming I don't exceed 40 hours that week)

Our cram school didn't explicitly state it, but since weekdays are 7.5-hour workdays, I feel like coming in on the weekend wouldn't count as overtime 🥲
