🎉 Ta-da! Victoria Sponge Cake is complete! 💡 Sugar's Baking Tips While making the Victoria Sponge Cake this time, Sugar discovered that to make a delicious cake, not only do the ingredient ratios need to be right, but also how well the egg batter is whipped, how the batter is mixed, and the stiffness of the whipped cream are all crucial! Especially with the whipped cream, it's not always best to whip it as hard as possible. You need to pay attention to its state for prettier decorations and a smoother texture. And the most joyful part of baking isn't just learning a new dessert, but also the teacher's dedicated instruction and the warmth of classmates sharing and looking out for each other! ❤️ Thank you to Teacher Qiu Mei-xiang for your guidance, and thank you to my sisters for sending Sugar the happiness of abundant whipped cream! 🥹🫶🏻

It looks like a giant cream puff burger, but I'm not interested in that stuff! I'm more curious if that cream can be exchanged for some gems to eat?

Full of cream!

So much cream! 😂 I always end up watching food right before bed and get hungry 😂

The cream is overflowing.
