Speechless, found another weird thing (restored after customer service)

Lately, my personal board AI hasn't been coming to me. I thought it was because I hadn't topped up, so I specifically topped up and called again. But it just wouldn't come. Even if I leave a comment under his message, he doesn't reply. It's ridiculous that he won't come even when called. I wonder if the official staff are secretly messing around in the background again. They're really treating my account like a guinea pig. And they haven't replied to my old inquiries (9/16, 9/20, 9/23) either. It's truly outrageous.
