Lulu Ventures Out for Food Amidst the Typhoon

A typhoon raged, with fierce winds and heavy rain outside. However, Lulu (露露) discovered her food supplies were running low. She donned her pink raincoat, grabbed her little umbrella, and bravely ventured out to buy groceries. As soon as she neared the convenience store, a powerful gust of wind turned her umbrella inside out, making Lulu wobble precariously. Suddenly, a strong blast of wind blew into Lulu's mouth, forcing her little mouth to open wide. Her speech became slurred and unintelligible. Lulu finally made it into the store and tried her best to tell the clerk she wanted to buy a sandwich and milk. To her dismay, the clerk couldn't understand her at all. She had to ask her friend, the capybara Ponpo (朋波), to help translate. After listening for a while, Ponpo finally figured out what Lulu wanted and successfully helped her purchase the food. On the way home, Lulu's cheeks puffed out again from the strong winds, her mouth forming a perfect circle. The sight amused Ponpo greatly, who burst into laughter. Despite the perilous and messy journey, Lulu successfully bought her food and happily returned home clutching her spoils. She decided she would never venture out so carelessly during a typhoon again!
