Yesterday, I accompanied my husband to the TPCA Show at Nangang Exhibition Center. The wildest find this time was definitely from 'JingSuh Technology,' one of the 'Big Four' ABF substrate manufacturers! Their specially prepared 'JingSuh Wafers' 🍪, though I accidentally dropped and broke them, were astonishingly delicious with the first bite! The crispy texture and rich egg flavor spread in my mouth, and the taste was absolutely on par with the famous Koxinga Wafers🤩. They're practically a dessert expert that technology overlooked🤣! I also dug up the Korean seaweed *chima* on the bottom left, which was also super high quality with its sweet, salty, and crispy profile. In comparison, for the Lao Yang Salted Egg Yolk Cookies, I still felt the traditional square crackers were slightly superior. The coolest thing was snagging the Halloween limited edition 'Caramel Run Ding Ding' 🤩 at the 7-11 inside the Nangang Exhibition Center! Taking a bite with great anticipation...
