All experimental interactions involving SCP-172 must be conducted under the supervision of personnel with Level 4 or higher clearance, who will also determine whether to terminate the experiment based on the situation. SCP-172 is permitted to leave its containment chamber as long as one armed personnel with Level 4 clearance accompanies it. Description: SCP-172 is outwardly a human male, 34 years of age, 185 cm (6 ft 1 in) tall, with black hair and beard, weighing 175.5 kg (386 lbs), of Russian descent. SCP-172 is very friendly and intelligent, but somewhat uninteresting. SCP-172 prefers to wear clothing from the 1860s and always wears a large, ornate key.
