How do I operate to level up from level 1 to level 2? Can anyone who remembers how to play teach me? (I've forgotten how I cleared it before, and the buttons in this game are so hard to move!)

Leveling up from 1 to 2... are you talking about character level? Or the Bronze promotion exam? Character levels go up by grinding monsters. For the exam, you can sign up with the receptionist.
