I don't really want to use my Dust of Blessing if I can help it... I don't have any left, and this month is almost over. Should I just exchange it before the month resets? They say this Fran is strong. If I collect Dust of Blessing, I can unlock Last Word next month, but is it really worth rushing to strengthen her that much?

You can temporarily accumulate stones by clearing the main normal and hard modes, and all permanent quests.
