Rich Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen🍜
I saved about 1000 points from idle point-earning activities, which were Rakuten limited points, so I went to Hidakaya, where I can use Rakuten points nearby, and had their limited-time Rich Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen🍜 Oh, the bamboo shoots in the small dish were a topping lol Hidakaya already has tonkotsu ramen, so I wondered what was different about this one. When I tried it, I understood why it's called 'rich'😳 I've only had Iekei ramen from cup noodles, but is this how rich it is? It wasn't thick and gloopy, but I felt like the soup was about 1.5 to 2 times richer than their usual tonkotsu w I diluted it with a little water, but I think this way is also good, isn't it? 🤭 Also, it had quail eggs on top, and the noodles seemed a bit different from usual? I think they usually use medium-thin noodles, but these seemed a bit flatter. Might be my imagination though (lol) It was quite impactful and tasted fresh, it was delicious😋 Thanks for the meal! Hidakaya... is good, right! I always get the Tanmen and Gyoza and have never tried anything else. I've moved now and my regular spot is Rengei-tei! Cheap and good places are comfortable.
