I specialize in 3-player Mahjong, but lately, my win/loss streaks have been so extreme that I fell out of the Jade Room and am now on the verge of dropping to ☆2... First off, the initial hands are terrible... getting an 8-pair is standard, and even with nine unique tiles, they'll discard the wind tile... and wouldn't you know it, I never have the wind tile in my hand... When I do get a decent hand, the draws are awful... starting the hell of a ready hand... If I get a good starting hand and smoothly reach for a Riichi, I get chased and give up an Ippatsu! This chain of bad luck continues nonchalantly for about 10 games... Unless the opponent is someone who never defends, getting 1st place is nearly impossible, and even if they defend, I keep getting drawn out and end up 3rd... I call this the malice of Mahjong (the developers) (lol) But maybe I'm a bit of a masochist for not giving up and continuing (lol)

Once you get to the Gold Room or higher, it's pretty hard to avoid conceding a hand after declaring Riichi (because your discards become easier to read), so it's tough to complete a one-suit hand. That's why I'm happy with this recent one. If I'm going for a one-suit hand, I prefer not to call any honor tiles. Since it's a 3-player table, well, if I have the leeway. Ah, Koyasu-san has such a good voice again…

After clearing Stage 20, it just kept going infinitely (lol) It's nice that there aren't any dead-end stages like in the SAO event, but Customers keep coming one after another, my fingers can't keep up (^^;

Kokushi Musou by a complete beginner I still don't know the rules, but I managed to do it somehow.

So, my Google Points were about to expire today, and I was scrambling to find a use for them. In the end, I just bought the 'Lucky Charm'... I mean, getting a character with a 5% chance even in just one pull in Mahjong Soul is a pretty sweet deal, right? And among those, the 'Lucky Charm' is just exceptionally efficient. If there's anything, I just end up buying it...

It's just fun.

The closer I am to ranking up, the worse my hands get and the more I lose. In fact, I tend to lose so much that I'm about to drop a rank. Crying
