Eating after waking up at 2 PM
I was planning to eat tsukemen today. What I ate was toast dipped in curry. Also, mild chocolate flavored Cisco corn. It's my favorite.

It was a sashimi party~! I asked AI for its top fish recommendations and it said: 1st: Bonito 2nd: Sea Bream 3rd: Horse Mackerel So I bought all of them and ate with my family~! My house is a bit messy so I couldn't take a picture, but I'm truly grateful that my whole family can eat together happily and I feel happy every time. I won't forget my gratitude! I'll live my life cheerfully!

Shrimp and frozen spinach were on sale at the supermarket, so I made a Japanese-style soy sauce pasta with shrimp and spinach 🍝 It's been a while since I boiled pasta, it was so hot 💦 But the shrimp were plump and delicious 😋

Mushroom Mixed Rice Today
Last night's dinner was mushroom mixed rice, natto, fried egg, and sausage~ For the mushroom mixed rice, I used frozen mushrooms with 50ml mentsuyu, 25ml each of mirin and cooking sake (for 0.5 servings of 1.5 servings), a bit of ginger paste, and a little chicken stock powder. Instead of the included sauce for the natto, I used vinegar and shiso paste☺︎ It's refreshing and delicious, so I recommend it🙌 Putting the sausage and fried egg on top of the mushroom mixed rice and eating it as a donburi reduces the dishes, which is a lifesaver (lol)

I ate the Gari Gari Egg Choux, Strawberry Cheesecake flavor! It was super crunchy, and the cream inside really tasted like strawberry rare cheesecake, it was delicious~🎶 Beard Papa after a long time, I want to eat another one. Tonight, tomato curry... I just realized after finishing the roux that I forgot to add the meat lol

Breakfast was...
For breakfast, I had tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg and soy sauce) and miso soup. For dessert, I ate 4 seedless grapes 🍇. The grapes 🍇 were juicy and delicious ✨
