Today at a restaurant I often visit at a hot spring, I tried the roast beef bowl I'd been curious about. It was delicious... I don't usually eat roast beef with rice, but this works! I think I'll want to eat it again 😌

Small Shrimp Tempura Soba (TOPVALU) I think it's the most delicious among cup noodles. You should definitely try it.

I made curry udon with leftover curry from yesterday. I love curry udon, so I tend to make it when I have leftover curry.

For lunch, it's my first time trying Biryani. I saw it on my way home from work and hesitated, but ended up not buying it. The next day, I still really wanted to try it, so I went to buy it, but both stores I visited were sold out. I finally got it the morning after that. It's quite pricey, but apparently, eating it at the restaurant costs around 1000 yen. Also, people who have tried Biryani before left good reviews, so I bought it. I ate the melon bread I had planned for breakfast after my Biryani lunch.

The morning of 'If there's no bread, just bake scones!' (Forgot to buy bread) I made savory scones by adding oregano, basil, yogurt powder, cheese, and olive oil to pancake mix. Just mix and bake. It was delicious with the sweetness of the pancake mix, the aroma of the herbs, and the saltiness of the cheese.
