今日、なに食べた？

I wasn't feeling well today, so I ate duck egg over rice that my husband made for me☺︎ It's hard to find duck meat at the nearby supermarket, so I substituted with smoked duck that I had in stock at home. I mixed mirin, soy sauce, cooking sake, and sugar, then simmered it over low heat. After a light boil, I let it cool down, coated the duck meat, and then grilled it, making sure not to burn it. I coated the duck twice with the sauce. After grilling it coated once, I dipped it in the sauce again and grilled it. Then I placed it on top of hot rice and ate it with a beaten egg☺︎ It's delicious and easy to eat even when you don't have much appetite✨ Food made by someone else always tastes better☺︎

It was curry and rice 🍛 I've loved it since I was a kid, to the point my grandpa told me, "Just feed her this and she'll be fine" lol I always think of him whenever I see curry lol

Tonight's dinner was butter chicken curry♪ It's a FamilyMart retort curry though 💦

Simmered pumpkin, 2 slices Natto chikuwa, half Rice bowl Mapo eggplant Mom, dinner was delicious today too, thank you

For breakfast, I toasted some bread and spread butter on it. I also had yogurt and 4 grapes 🍇. It was delicious😋

Based on my family's request after returning from overseas: Salt-grilled horse mackerel Simmered pumpkin Simmered eggplant in dashi Cucumber and Chinese jellyfish salad They don't get grilled fish often, so they were really happy about it!

Dinner was yakiniku! Instead of eating out, we grilled it at home on a hot plate🍖 Personally, I prefer the sausages we grilled alongside it lol I love sausages so much that I ended up eating more sausages than yakiniku... I really like Schau Essen, but today I tried Alt Bayern and the casing was soft and delicious too☺

Dinner was somen noodles! Our usual toppings are tuna mayo, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, shredded egg (or hard-boiled egg), and seasoned ground meat. For garnishes, we usually have shiso, myoga, green onions, and kaiware sprouts. Today, I had cucumber, tomato, shredded egg, and salad chicken! That was delicious too☺ What toppings do you guys usually have with your somen..?

Today I had salad and nikujaga. I also ate a lot of white rice, so I'm stuffed to the point of being a little uncomfortable now 😋
