Cod with Yuzu Pepper Mayo Steamed Pumpkin with Salt and Butter Kimchi Napa Cabbage Miso Soup Cod trimmings were on sale, so I spread yuzu pepper mayo on them and baked them in the oven. Steamed pumpkin from the microwave, tossed with salt and butter. I worked hard on crafting and cleaning today, so it was a simple dinner.

Pork Donburi for Lunchtime 🐷
It's from the Seven-Eleven Hokkaido Fair. 'Butahage' supervised Charcoal-grilled Pork Donburi. Even without noticing the 'charcoal-grilled' part, I could tell, 'Huh, what's this smoky flavor...!' The charcoal was really alive and kicking✨ It has a wonderfully fragrant, smoky aroma that fills your nose☺️ Fairs and limited editions are so appealing, aren't they? ( ๑ơ 艸ơ๑)🩷

I went to the 'Ago Festival' hosted by Kuhara Honke at Maizuru Park in Fukuoka. 'Ago' is a nickname for flying fish used in northern Kyushu and other areas🐟 I ate grilled flying fish over charcoal. Then, at the food stalls, I had a sake tasting set, Goto udon, fried flying fish, chilled dashi-marinated cucumber, soy sauce ramen, dashi-dusted potatoes, and bonito straw-seared. It turned out to be a super luxurious lunch 😋
