I ate the new Yamazaki thin-skin series product, Hokkaido Cheese Cream Bread, for lunch. The classic cream bread is still my favorite so far😌

Breakfast/Lunch Pennette pasta with a base of stewed vegetables in tomato sauce Dinner Lots of veggies in my yakisoba Snack Convenience store Mont Blanc tart It's all just flour!

I had ramen for dinner today! I bought a famous soy sauce ramen online with great reviews, and it was delicious and satisfying~ lol I added a boiled egg, chashu, and green onions as toppings, and it was really good lol

Oyakodon (egg bowl), spicy miso stir-fried eggplant and onion

Breakfast was yogurt. Lunch was onigiri (salmon, kelp, plum). Dinner was stir-fried meat and vegetables. That was it.

I ate Kurikinton, a famous Japanese sweet from Gifu. While Kurikinton is generally known nationwide as a New Year's dish, many people in my region associate it with Japanese sweets first. It's been ages since I last had it, and it was so delicious, I could really taste the chestnut. I wish I had taken a picture for the post.

Made a hamburger steak with minced chicken and mixed vegetables~ For the side, I added mushrooms (shiitake, king oyster, shimeji, maitake, oyster mushrooms). I used a store-bought garlic sauce for the sauce 🧄 It was fluffy and delicious ✨

I had bacon and eggs, vinegared side dish, and simmered tofu. It was a simple lunch today.

I ate chicken rice.
