きょうは何食べた？

Today, I made onigiri mixed with bonito flakes, white sesame seeds, and seaweed.

The Chiikawa sausages that had disappeared from the local supermarket were back in stock, so I got some to go with my lunch! (I'm partly aiming for the cards, but I actually like them quite a bit.)

Dinner was tonkatsu! It was so delicious 😆

Generously season chicken thighs with salt and coarsely ground pepper, then grill them in a fish grill until the skin is crispy. Dip them one by one with yuzu kosho, grated sauce, ketchup & mustard, etc. while eating 😋

I had some leftover pilaf and fried rice, so I mixed them all together, topped it with white sauce, sprinkled on some cheese, and put it in the grill. Once the cheese is lightly browned, it's done. (I actually burned it this time, so no picture 😣)

There was a festival, so I went and ate some street food~ lol Everything was delicious!

On workdays, I always have just one onigiri. I make them with different fillings depending on my mood that day. Today it's umeboshi (pickled plum) and shirasu (whitebait) onigiri, plus a little snack 😊
