I made pasta with frozen eggplant, canned oil sardines, and a jar of arrabbiata sauce from Don Quijote! 🫙 The maid told me to add chili peppers to my liking, so I did, and it turned out to be a wonderful flavor. You should all try making it too. Ingredients: 1 can of oil sardines (buy the best you can find) 1/2 bag of frozen fried eggplant 1/3 of a jar of Don Quijote's arrabbiata sauce Chili peppers (to taste) 2-3 servings of pasta ① Open the can of oil sardines and add chili peppers to a large frying pan. Cook over low heat until it starts to bubble. ★ If using cheap oil sardines, discard the liquid and add the same amount of fresh olive oil. Some people might want to add a few cloves of garlic too. ② Once the chili peppers are fragrant, add the arrabbiata sauce and frozen eggplant. Simmer over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld. Let it bubble for about 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. ③ Boil the pasta about 30 seconds less than the package instructions or just until al dente. Drain the water thoroughly. ④ Plate the pasta and top with the sauce from step ②. Done! It's also delicious with cheese, pepper, or basil.

From the first day, Prince has been staying over at Grandma's house 🤭✨ He finished his homework, which was the condition, on the very same day, and I believe he's playing with his cousin there now ✨ Princess started crying, saying 'Nii-ni (older brother) is gone~', so yesterday, after finishing her homework, Princess also went to stay at Grandma's house 😊✨ Of course, I packed her some change of clothes and a few groceries, and told her to listen to Grandma 😊 My husband invites me to lunch, but after that, we each spend our free time as we please 🤭✨ I'm elegantly enjoying my long-awaited free time ✨ I can become friends with my futon without anyone scolding me, and I don't need to prepare for morning, lunch, dinner, or even tea time and dessert – it's the ultimate freedom 🥰💕 We're scheduled to join them at Grandma's house tomorrow morning, so tonight is my last bit of freedom, and I'll be spending it lounging around~🤭✨

As for qualifications, I'm aiming for an electrical one. Even though I study every day, my brain is too much of a liberal arts type. I can memorize words and formulas, but I absolutely cannot visualize them, and they don't stick in my head at all!!! It's quite troubling!! I've hit a wall, so for now, I'm reading another qualification book I bought, but again, it starts with technical jargon right from the beginning, and it's like... trying to 'offchobet' a 'teff' and 'mabugad' it into a 'lit' (you'll get it if you get it)!! How does one decide whether they're more suited for humanities or sciences? Or rather, what determines one's inclination? Science-inclined ladies... are so cool...
