Donation to Kumamoto Earthquake Disaster

After noticing how the announcements were displayed, I also noticed that zeta-kun donated to the Kumamoto earthquake disaster. Personally, I wish they would fix bugs first and then donate with more余裕 (yoyuu -余裕 means余裕, surplus, or spare time/money). Could it be that the increase in Peace consumption is the cause...? Am I overthinking it?
