If you see any alliance members walking around town (you'll know them by their moving names), swipe them and drop them into the sea!! ð You'll get 100 EXP when they resurface âšâšâšâš There are multiple chances each day, so go look for them! â»If your alliance only has one member, you might not see anyone walking around town.

If you drop it in water, it only becomes EXP, but if you drop it on a facility that's under construction, it shortens the waiting time for things like building or healing. Apparently, you can also speed up farms and production-type facilities, but I've never done that because it's too low value.
