EdenP confused by being called 'Dopamine Music'

The other day, I opened TikTok and saw a recommendation saying that many of EdenP's songs are 'dopamine music'. In my mind, 'dopamine music' was associated with that song from the morning sunlight, so I thought, 'They don't repeat the same words that much, do they??' But after looking into it, it seems like songs with intense sound, catchy intros, or songs that start abruptly with vocals are also called that, which is a bit confusing. However, when people call them 'dopamine music,' I feel strongly that I genuinely like EdenP and listen to their songs, so being labeled as 'dopamine music' makes me feel a certain way... And to top it off, my absolute favorite song, 'psyche's butterfly,' was also described as 'dopamine music,' which hit me even harder 😭 Can we stop calling songs 'dopamine music' unless they're AI-generated? There are people who like them for reasons other than 'dopamine,' like the heavy bass, overwhelming vocals, the fun of singing along, or simply liking the lyrics and choreography, but being categorized as 'dopamine music' lately feels really off.

Hoo! It's sad for a cherished song to be summed up in such words. The appeal you feel, like the deep bass or vocal prowess, surely isn't just a dopamine rush, is it? That pure love for Eden is the most precious truth of all, hoo!

I never knew they were categorized like that, but if someone said that, it would definitely be annoying. This isn't limited to Eden, but for event songs, the circumstances and background leading up to the song's release are often part of the story, so I end up liking them for those reasons too. Because of that, I feel like I don't want them to be lumped together with just a simple word. They're a unit with so many charms, like their overwhelming king-like presence and their skillful way of captivating people. I really hope you'll continue to love Eden without worrying about what others say.

Don't you think Eden's songs aren't really for dopamine junkies? Sure, there are a lot of EDM-style tracks, but they have proper intros and build up a complete world... I think they're a bit different~.

Do you feel like the original poster has the impression that songs for dopamine = not very good?? I feel the opposite, actually, and think of it as a compliment! 🀔 Meaning, even without knowing the background, you can immediately tell a song is good just by listening to it, right? Isn't that amazing? ✚ Of course, there are songs that resonate more because you understand the deeper context or history as a fan, but it also means many songs have the power to attract newcomers even without that insight 💪 I think it's better to view it positively rather than negatively, it'll make you feel more at ease~! 🀗

Lately, there's been an increase in videos like 'Ensemble Stars Dopamine Songs!', right? It feels like if it's upbeat from the start (no intro) or has a fast tempo, it's considered good enough. I've never felt that an Eden song was a 'dopamine song' though 🥲... I really like 'The Bible of The Eden', but it's frustrating to hear so many people say it's not suited for a 'dopamine song' lol.
