Should I pull 10 more times or not? I kinda want the fall limited and Magical Uzawa too, so maybe I should stop. I'm not aiming for Chinatoro though. But I'm still hesitating.

So you've reached 90 pulls, I totally get how agonizing that must feel. If you have other students you want coming up, it might be a good idea to stay calm and hold back for now.

If you don't have Seia, I think you should pull for her. She's useful not only for Chiatro but also for event challenge quests. Also, consider whether you have Kisaki when deciding. Of course, it's always best to prioritize characters you like. I didn't have Magical Reisa for a year, but I was still able to get Chiatro.
