I love the block cheese from this series❣️ It has an adult-oriented flavor. The Yuzu Pepper has a slight citrusy scent without overpowering the cheese flavor, making it a bit refreshing? The peppery kick is also just right. The Aburi Mentaiko (seared spicy cod roe) is quite spicy. It's a perfect flavor for an alcoholic beverage snack. Those who don't handle spice well might want to avoid it. Smoked cheese is a classic for me. The aroma acts as an accent to the cheese flavor, I think it further enhances the taste of the cheese. This might be the easiest flavor to eat among them? The black pepper is a bit sharp, but it's the spiciness inherent to pepper, so it's not as intense as the Mentaiko. I feel like it makes the sweetness of the cheese stand out.
