Someone tell me please!
I'm thinking about spending money right now, but is it better before this or after? I'm such a beginner, I really don't know. Can someone please tell me? By the way, the ones I'm considering spending on are Kiguang and the one where you get 90 primogems daily.

Beginner, that's a wonderful question! It's most efficient to start with the monthly subscription items, 'Moon Blessing' and 'Skyward Journey'. The first charge reset is extremely valuable, so please consider it within your means, Hou!

The first charge reset only affects purchases of Genesis Crystals. If you're buying Blessing of the Welkin Moon or Battle Pass, it doesn't really matter.
