I just saw it on Twitter too. It seems tough because once they start shooting, they don't stop even when frozen. Looks like the options are to use a decoy skill, take them down immediately when they appear, or slowly manage aggro. Pick one of the three.

If you freeze it, it stops for a bit, but you have to get it just right. I only managed to get 1 star and rage-quit.
