YO Alert Gimmick: Barrier

This time's extreme map, the boss of Stage 45, 'HOG Cinderella,' also obstructs your play with the 'Barrier' gimmick, which hasn't appeared in a while. 'HOG Snow White' and 'HOG Sleeping Beauty' next to HOG Cinderella deploy a barrier, so you cannot attack HOG Cinderella until you defeat those two first. Another strategy is to pin them and hit them with a powerful single-target special move, or wipe them out with an area-of-effect special move. Even if you destroy the barrier once, HOG Snow White and HOG Sleeping Beauty will revive after a while and re-deploy the barrier, so after defeating the two adjacent units, quickly defeat HOG Cinderella. Also, note that even after destroying the barrier, the boss itself takes slightly reduced damage, so be aware of that. By the way, remember that only damage from HP reduction by some yokai's special moves penetrates the shield, and when earning Y-points on this event's Stage 45, you absolutely must land the finishing blow on the boss before the two adjacent units revive!
