What We Learned from the Great Encyclopedia's Descriptions

Upon checking the Great Encyclopedia descriptions for this event's featured yokai, the following facts were revealed: ・Both the YOG48 and HOG48 members are not the actual yokai or phantom beasts themselves, but existences recreated through data. ・The three YOG48 yokai are beings born modeling after the original yokai data, while the three HOG48 yokai are beings born from a mix of yokai/phantom beast data and Grimm's fairy tale data (Snow White × Snow Rabbit, Sleeping Beauty × Pandora, Cinderella × Omatsu). ・Gentsu the Director has reproduced the personality, characteristics, and weaknesses of the original yokai and phantom beasts, for better or worse (like Fubuki Princess tending to freeze other yokai, or Fujimi Queen's weakness of turning into an old woman if she lets go of her staff). ・The HOG48 members seem to have their characters pulled towards the Grimm's fairy tales, which is understandable. ・Also, completely unrelated to the above, Merashi Shino has been given a characterization that the real person would never adopt. Perhaps it's Gentsu the Director's hobby...?
