My Citadel Where Hasebe Never Appears
My citadel, I've been playing for 10 years, you know. I still can't even get Hesikiri Hasebe to max level 10 for his 'Ranbu' skill because he rarely drops or appears in forging. It took me a long time after 'Ranbu' level 10 was unlocked to finally get him to level 9. And now, I'm doing pretty well in the event, so I'm getting a decent number of drops, but for some reason, Hasebe only shows up 0-3 times every time. Honestly, Nagasone is already at 'Ranbu' level 10... ðã Kikkou is also at 'Ranbu' level 10... ðã Muramasa is also at 'Ranbu' level 10... ð Is Hasebe a rare sword only in my citadel? lol ð ÍÌ-

Hasebe is surprisingly rare ð I feel like the overall drop rate is low ð€ Wonder why? lol

Hasebe also took quite a while to show up for me. I eventually got him around the 10th try, but he was one of the later ones among the ones I have now. There's a forging event going on, but the chances of getting him in 10 tries are actually lower than Kikkou-san, you know~ ( ÂŽÐïœ)=3 It's a real mystery.
