Autumn Daifuku

It's an autumn-limited daifuku (^q^) This is my first time trying persimmon, but the dried persimmon and the white bean paste made from persimmon have a refined and addictive taste. This popular item has a whole chestnut inside (and lots of chopped chestnuts around it too). Actually, I wasn't a big fan of dried persimmons or chestnuts, but they were both so delicious I want to eat them again! ✨ I paired both with coffee ☕ Do you have any favorite autumn-limited sweets?
