Musashino Udon!!
It's not from today, but I went to eat Musashino Udon~ This picture is of Nikujiru Udon! It's a classic and makes you want to eat it sometimes~ The ingredients inside were also really delicious! And above all, the noodles were unique 🤭 The center of the noodles was hollowed out, so it looked like a 'ㄷ' shape from the front! The restaurant I went to had all-you-can-refill tempura (bottom right), so I ate sweet potato tempura and pumpkin tempura~ They were freshly made, crispy, and delicious! It's getting colder lately, why don't you all go eat some udon too?

I didn't know the shape of the noodles was unique. I learned something new. I knew that "Sapporo Ichiban" instant noodles had different ingredients kneaded into the soy sauce, miso, and salt flavors, making them different in color, shape, and texture, but Musashino Udon is also well thought out.
