不快になる人がいたら嫌だから自衛お願いします。(痛みの価値観) 別に、分かんないなら分かんないでいいからさぁ、人の痛みを自分と比べないでほしい。 気圧の変化でこっちも頭痛いのに、天気関係ないって……。じゃあ季節病の人全員が勘違いじゃんかね。( ´-ω-)

Depression is kind of like that too... 😢 The less someone knows or has experienced it, the more they tend to say things like 'It's all in your head' or 'Just toughen up'... 😭 You can usually tell if what they're saying is true based on their character, and I wish people would consider how much someone else has suffered and offer more compassionate words...
