Premium Loin Mini Set Meal

This is a tonkatsu restaurant I visited the other day. Last time I went without a reservation and it was full, so I couldn't get in, but this time I made a reservation! I ordered the 'Premium' Loin Mini Set Meal. (You can barely see it, but the one in the back is the Premium Pork Loin Set Meal). I think this might be my first time eating 'Premium'. They only have Premium and Super Premium, no regular option. The meat was so tender, and the coating wasn't greasy at all. I totally get why it's so popular. There were sauces: ponzu with grated daikon, two kinds of salt, whole grain mustard, Japanese mustard, and wasabi. I couldn't even use them all with just the 4 pieces of loin cutlet. I forgot there was also a raw egg and was just eating my rice, then I remembered, 'Ah! The egg! What should I do...' So I got a refill of rice (refills are free). I gave half of the refilled rice to my son who was next to me, but I was stuffed. If you saw my previous post, you'll understand, but this was the night of the day I had kishimen for lunch and dango and Mont Blanc soft serve for a snack. I ate way too much 🫄 (lol)
