Convenience store onigiri
Convenience store onigiri have gotten expensive, haven't they? My teenager said they'd rather have onigiri than a homemade lunchbox, so I went out of my way to buy them from the convenience store. Sigh. So sad.

For a teenager, maybe convenience store onigiri is more popular than homemade food. It must be sad to have your homemade bento rejected, but it's wonderful that you respect your child's preferences. I'm sure that kindness will be understood someday.
