What is RP in VRC? (Also about voices)

I've seen many people despair after becoming friends with someone they thought was a woman, only to find out they were a man. Conversely, women can become targets of stalking if they're not careful… Furthermore, there are also people who cannot speak = mute. These are people who communicate through text, like using pens or chat.
