Strolling on Your Smartphone (with Tips for Taking 3D Model Photos)

As someone who's often confined indoors due to illness, I frequently use my laptop or smartphone to enter VRChat and go for walks. Today, I'll share some of the criteria I use to judge whether a world might be too demanding for my smartphone before I even enter it for the first time. *Please note that world capacity isn't the only reason for the app becoming heavy and crashing. There are many exceptions, so this method doesn't guarantee 100% avoidance. - Is it a world that also supports iPhones? - Is the world's capacity 90MB or less? By checking these two points before entering, and choosing not to enter worlds that don't meet both criteria, you can significantly reduce the risk of your app crashing mid-play on your smartphone. Please consider this as just one helpful tip. As a bonus, here's a tip to make taking photos of 3D models easier. When you get too close to a 3D model subject, it can sometimes be too立体 (three-dimensional) to photograph well. In such cases, try zooming your camera in as close as possible to the subject, and then moving the camera itself further away. This will make it easier to capture a more 2D-like image. *If you want to capture the scenery along with the subject, do the opposite. That's all for the main topic! See you again soon.

The sample avatar I'm borrowing is Ichigo-ka-chan. I'll also leave the sample avatar URL here, so please check it out. It has many poses and expressions set within the menu, making it very convenient when accessing from a smartphone. The creator is also offering it for free on BOOTH. https://vrchat.com/home/avatar/avtr_03b2819b-05c9-4a86-b72b-cdb0860195f0
