Curry with Katsu Donburi
Last week, I attended the Niigata Sake Festival. On my way back, I stopped by Echigo-Yuzawa Station and had lunch. It was the "Tare Katsu Donburi Curry Ver.", a local specialty? It was delicious~ But the katsu was so hot that I burned my mouth. The rice was said to be new Koshihikari. I got to taste the seasonal harvest~

AuthorBy the way, the rice bowl in the photo isn't tare katsu, it's just katsu with curry poured over it. There was cabbage between the rice and the katsu~
