Tonight's menu is spicy marinated duck! ~ I like it because the recipe is simple ^^

I've tried the Kok Kok Kok series Jjajang Stir-fry and Cheese Stir-fry, but this was my first time trying the Jjajang Cheese one! I personally found it super delicious, the rich cheesy flavor with the jjajang stir-fry~

Budae Jjigae is a representative Korean stew, made by boiling down ingredients like ham, sausage, kimchi, baked beans, and ramen noodles in a spicy broth. Broth: Beef bone broth or anchovy-kelp broth Main Ingredients: Spam/processed ham, Vienna sausages, minced pork, well-fermented napa cabbage kimchi, onion, green onion, rice cake slices, tofu Seasoning & Others: 1-2 tbsp baked beans, sliced cheddar cheese, seasoning paste (gochugaru, soup soy sauce, minced garlic, a little gochujang, black pepper) Ingredient Preparation: Slice the ham and sausages into bite-sized pieces. Chop the vegetables and tofu into large chunks suitable for stew. Pot Assembly: Lay kimchi and onions at the bottom of a hot pot. Arrange the ham, sausages, tofu, rice cakes, baked beans, and minced pork neatly around the sides. Seasoning & Broth: Place the seasoning paste in the center and pour in enough broth to cover the ingredients. Finishing: Once it comes to a boil, add ramen noodles, sliced cheese, and green onions. Simmer until the noodles are cooked, letting the stew reduce slightly.

Truffle Whopper? I ate it. I always just get the Quattro Cheese. This one's tasty too!

This was the dinner I had at church yesterday. It was Chinese food. The jjambbong soup among these was the best😋 For reference, all of these dishes were homemade. It was a meal lovingly prepared by the church elders🥰
