Black Tortoise is a top-tier dealer in the dark-attribute martial arts class, primarily using her 3rd skill for attacks, which then leads into a guaranteed Black Slash follow-up when her comrade triggers a Black Slash. Her own damage output is high, combined with counters and additional attacks, allowing for significant damage from a single position. With her 2nd skill, she designates the ally directly in front as a comrade. If the comrade is attacked, she nullifies that attack once per turn and counters. If the comrade triggers a Black Slash, Black Tortoise also follows up with a guaranteed Black Slash. Her ultimate skill can aim for Black Slashes on each of its multiple hits, resulting in high burst damage. Her partner isn't fixed to just one character. She pairs well with Kalta and also synergizes with SP Yata. If you have either of them, you can effectively utilize the follow-up mechanic based on your comrade's Black Slash. Conversely, if you have neither, it might be difficult to maximize Black Tortoise's strengths, potentially lowering her priority. A major advantage of Black Tortoise is her ability to significantly boost your dark-attribute martial arts team's power while being usable alongside existing dealers.

First up, Black Flash. Black Flash is a top-tier cursed-type technique user, switching between two styles: Swift and Onslaught. In Swift mode, you recover your main resource upon successful evasion and can increase technique and ultimate gauge gain with skill 3. In Onslaught mode, you deal high single-target damage, primarily with skill 3. The ultimate's multiplier increases based on the main resource consumed, reaching up to 2100% guaranteed Black Flash damage when 250 is accumulated. Using the ultimate resets the accumulated value, but you can consume main resource again to build it up, allowing you to aim for the maximum multiplier on subsequent ultimates. Onslaught skill 3 also boasts 700% damage and a high Black Flash rate, so this character isn't just about their ultimate. However, there's a strong alternative in the cursed-type technique category: Toji. If you've invested well in Toji, you can cover a significant portion of Black Flash's role without her, lowering the priority for pulling her. Still, if you're aiming for the absolute peak damage in cursed-type technique, pulling for Black Flash is definitely worthwhile.

The re-run banners for Sukuna and Uraume have begun. Both characters are available in separate pickup banners until September 28th, 2:59 PM. Sukuna is considered a top-tier damage dealer in the Phantom element's CQC, and Uraume is similarly a top-tier damage dealer for the Night element's CQC. Neither of these characters are just simple re-runs to be overlooked; even just obtaining one copy allows them to be a main force in their respective element's CQC parties. However, re-runs for 0.2, Higuruma, and Fugafumi are still on the horizon. Instead of spending all your 회주 (currency) just for these two, you should consider your existing roster and upcoming banners before making a decision. Sukuna has a strong alternative in Toji, and Uraume's performance can be further maximized with partners who can reliably trigger Black Flashes, like Yuji or Kalta. This time, we'll break down the pull value of each character individually, discuss reasons to pull for Sukuna even if you have Toji, and determine who to prioritize if you can only pick one.

I missed out on both Todo and Black Takeda last time... I'm definitely going to get Todo with pity if I have to, but I'm not sure about Black Takeda since I couldn't get Pyeonsal either...
