Mounjaro...
By injecting a hormone that suppresses appetite... Mounjaro, which makes you lose weight by eating less... It's nice that I'm losing weight, but if I rely on external sources for hormone production, I'm worried my body might deteriorate more if I stop the injections. If you have severe obesity, it might be worth considering for improving eating habits, but for other cases, I think it's something to ponder. I don't think hormones are something to mess with lightly...

It might definitely help if you plan well and control your diet, but if you rely too much on medication, you'll have to accept the side effects.

It's the era of losing weight with medication now. I think we definitely need to be careful considering hormones.

If you're not just overweight but obese, severely obese, and still not losing weight despite diet control, exercise, and medication, I think Mounjaro could be an option. If you can't get down to a normal or average weight no matter what you try, it might be worth considering. Of course, it's a problem if you try to get on Wegovy or Mounjaro without even attempting diet, exercise, or medication.
