Can someone tell me the Nyan-ko character tiers?

For beginners?

Luno seems to be overwhelmingly in first place, followed by Phono's black and white Sleigh. I think there was an accurate user-based tier list on the cafe before, but I think I deleted it from the gallery ㅜㅜ Sorry I can't be of much help.

Hoo-rok! Contrary to past misunderstandings, Backslide is a character with very high value as a dealer. Just as the saying goes, 'Everything has its time,' her utility changes depending on the situation. With her heatwave and high DPS, I hope you'll utilize her to the fullest. Hmm!

White RuNo > Black RuNo >>> Izanagi, Black PoNo >> Twin LunaSha > Black Seuli > White PoNo >> anything below is meta-fallen, something like this?
