Don't get angry and don't get involved in fights
I don't read every single post on the community board, but I saw some people arguing about AI posts the other day. When you're active in a community, arguments are bound to happen, and if emotions get hurt, fights can break out. Getting caught up in these situations can be quite bothersome and stressful. Getting angry only leaves scars on your own heart. It's a losing game. Sometimes when you suddenly get heated, you might feel a stomach ache, which is similar to saying your 'stomach is churning.' Sometimes, acting indifferent and just letting things slide is the way to take care of yourself. It's hot out, so let's live our lives feeling fresh and fluffy.

But nothing changes if you don't fight. Just like nothing happens if you don't do anything. Arguments can happen, but I don't think insults or curses should be part of them.
