Recommendation: Good for playing with a child?

Roar! The Battle Cats is easy to control, so even a 7-year-old can learn it quickly! Roar! You can have plenty of fun without spending money, but when the difficulty really ramps up later, it'd be great if you could help them strategize by their side, hehe! If our guardian helps them out, it'll be a truly honorable adventure for the child! :D

It seems best not to let your child play games at all. It feels a bit too early for them. I'm also raising a 7-year-old, and I haven't let them play games yet.

Just playing games together creates great memories, and that's really nice ㅎㅎ Trying to suppress it is worse for you ㅠ You can have fun playing games like The Battle Cats together! It's cute and doesn't require much spending! Plus, you can enjoy one game for a long time!

Isn't 7 years old a bit too young to play games... ㅠㅠ If they're going to play, like the person above said, Minecraft might be a better choice... Or if they do play, it should be something they can do alone or with their parents! Kids these days often learn bad behaviors and words from games, you know ㅠ

For now, if they're 7 years old, I'd recommend games focused on learning. It's good for discussing things together, it's educational, and since digital textbooks are being adopted in schools, it'll help them get used to using devices. Parents need to be involved to teach proper device usage^^ If you have a Switch at home, games like Animal Crossing, rhythm games, Mario Party, or Pokopon would be good. However, my recommendation is... not to let them play games at all.....

It's true that sometimes strange people, items, or features pop up even in kids' games, so it would be great if parents could manage the harmful parts by playing along. It's also a good idea for parents to try it out first before starting with their kids haha

Neko is good too.. I also recommend merge games! I recommend Hello Town, Merge Merge Cat Cafe, and Hello Kitty My Dream Store. It's not difficult because you match the same things, and the characters are cute and charming. No in-app purchases are needed either.

Everything is fine, but... a few characters feel a bit... excessive? Other than that, it's okay.

There are tons of games on Nintendo Switch and PS5 that both kids and adults can enjoy together!! Highly recommend!

I think The Battle Cats is relatively lenient compared to many games out there these days. Personally, the more I try to suppress playing games, the more I want to play and crave it... so playing together like this seems great! Above all, nowadays, hanging out with friends is often synonymous with playing games, so I also recommend games popular with younger kids like Brawl Stars, Roblox, and Minecraft. (Though I think it's better for them to play after elementary school!)

Nyan Cat might be a bit early, but if you're playing with your parents, it could be okay! I'd recommend Minecraft, puzzles, or educational games!

This game might have some mature content.

This game has some characters with chuunibyou-like dialogue, and as you level up, the characters transform into something grotesque (like growing many eyes, giving a monster-like feel), so it might be a bit too much for a 7-year-old. Personally, I'd recommend healing games like Minecraft, merge games, or puzzle games.

I don't recommend it.

How about choosing a puzzle game? Just my opinion. I think it would be suitable for your age too.

I think a game that relies heavily on luck is easier to play than Nyanko.
