I completed the event but one dragon egg is missing ㅠㅠ

I received all the final rewards from the previous event. But something felt off, so I counted my eggs and it turns out I'm one egg short for Arkenwing? I can't reach max level... T_T I've already sent a ticket to the game company, but since it's an overseas company, I'm not sure if communication will go smoothly...
