Finally, a Hong Kong-style dim sum restaurant in Yilan Jiaoxi! No tea charge for dine-in, and you can even drink chrysanthemum pu-erh tea. They offer over 20 kinds of Hong Kong dim sum, and surprisingly, there are vegetarian options too! Besides dim sum, they also have clay pot rice, stir-fried hor fun, fried rice, instant noodles, stir-fried dishes, and soups, offering a wide variety of choices. 🥢【Hong Kong Dim Sum】 Siu Mai with Roe, Hong Kong-style Radish Cake, Taro Cake, Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce, Braised Phoenix Claws in Oyster Sauce, Char Siu Sou, Xiao Long Bao. I personally really liked the Siu Mai with Roe, Radish Cake, Taro Cake, Steamed Pork Ribs, Phoenix Claws, and Char Siu Sou. These were the items I enjoyed the most from this meal! 🍜【Main Courses】 The Stir-fried Fat Beef Hor Fun and Stir-fried Shrimp Hor Fun were perfectly wok-kissed. The beef was tender, and the shrimp were large! The Preserved Meat Clay Pot Rice is served with a special sweet soy sauce. The preserved meat, Chinese sausage, and liver sausage have a wine aroma and a sweet and savory flavor, with distinct grains of rice. 🍲【Soups】 The Cordyceps Chicken Soup has chicken thigh meat, and the broth has a sweetness from red dates and goji berries. 🍮【Desserts】 The Golden Lava Custard Buns and Custard Buns were pretty standard. The Tofu Pudding, served with three kinds of cheese and powdered sugar, has a sweet and savory taste. Personally, I wouldn't highly recommend the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings as the skin was a bit thick. The shrimp in the Shrimp Rice Noodle Rolls were small, and the Pineapple Bun also had a rather ordinary texture. Vietnamese Pork Chop Rice with fish sauce. It's tastier than I expected! The pork chop is lightly marinated and pan-fried to be crispy yet tender.

This hot pot place has unlimited lemongrass green tea, and the most special thing is their sauce. The lemongrass sauce mixed with shacha sauce is super refreshing! Plus, the boss hand-picks the vegetables, and they're so tender~ It's a light and clean style of hot pot, one of my favorite spots. I forgot if this was Yakiniku Smile or Yakiniku Like It's probably because I eat yakiniku too often 🦐🍤🥩🥓 Shrimp are already peeled, just need to grill them I really love the crab roe scallops Yakiniku is the best!!!!!

Cooking Steps 1. Gently prick the surface of the boudin noir with a toothpick or fine needle a few times. This prevents it from bursting due to internal heat expansion when pan-frying. 2. Melt a small knob of butter in a frying pan over low heat. 3. Add the sliced onions and sauté until translucent, softened, and slightly caramelized. Add the chopped apple slices and stir-fry together until the apple surface is lightly browned and softened, then set aside. 4. You don't need to add too much oil (the boudin noir will release its own fat while cooking). Place the boudin noir in the frying pan. 5. Pan-fry over medium-low heat for about 8 to 10 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through. Aim for a fragrant, crispy exterior while keeping the inside soft and smooth. 6. Place the pan-fried boudin noir on a plate, served alongside the sautéed apples and onions. Enjoy by alternating bites of boudin noir with warm apples, perhaps with a glass of red wine.

On top of the shaved ice is matcha tofu jelly made from tofu. Shiratama, tapioca pearls, mung beans, purple sweet potato tapioca pearls. It's very cooling, I'm so happy.

Honestly, I think it's about 3 stars. The beef had a bit too much gristle and was a bit tough, but the side dishes, drinks, and tofu pudding were pretty good~
