The Train's Liuyun Station (17)

Seventeenth installment: A Fight to the Death Lin Shuang shouted, a resolute glint in her eyes. She swung her short blade, severing the two black energy chains that lunged at her. However, more black energy immediately formed into heavy fists, striking her chest forcefully. Lin Shuang was slammed against the stone wall, falling to the ground, spitting out a large mouthful of blood. Cracks also appeared on the jade pendant at her chest. "Su Yue! Go destroy the turntable behind us! I'll hold him off!" Lin Shuang gritted her teeth and yelled. She fiercely took off the jade pendant in her hand and used her last bit of strength to hurl it at the Station Master. The jade pendant exploded in mid-air, transforming into an incredibly brilliant white holy light that temporarily sealed the Station Master's actions, trapping him within the radiance. Seeing Lin Shuang spitting blood, Su Yue's suppressed fear instantly turned into rage. Without hesitation, he turned and charged towards the very center of the basement—where a massive, black stone turntable, several meters in diameter, was slowly rotating and emitting a continuous stream of evil power. The Train's Liuyun Station (16)

Part Sixteen: Stationmaster Liuyun A tall and deformed figure slowly emerged from the darkness within. He wore an extremely luxurious yet heavily worn and tattered ancient official uniform. His face was gaunt and withered, and where his eyes should have been, two balls of eerie blue ghost fire burned. This was the master of Liuyun Station—the Stationmaster. "Two more suicidal sacrifices..." The Stationmaster's voice seemed to come from the deepest abyss, shaking the entire basement and causing gravel to fall. Su Yue felt a sharp pain in his eardrums, and a trickle of blood seeped from the corner of his mouth. The Stationmaster raised his withered, skeletal arm, and countless chains made of dense black energy materialized out of thin air. Accompanied by the metallic sound of chains dragging, they coiled towards Su Yue and Lin Shuang like venomous snakes with incredible speed! Their speed was so great it sliced through the surrounding air. To be continued...

The Train's Liuyun Station (15)

Fifteenth Chapter: The Underground Basement Taking advantage of the brief lull after the blood mist receded and the monsters in the hall fell temporarily dormant, the two descended a hidden spiral stone staircase behind the iron door. The basement exuded a pungent smell of rust and the accumulated stench of blood from centuries past, the air heavy and difficult to breathe. Embedded in the black stone walls lining the corridor were countless human heads, their expressions contorted in agony, mouths agape in silent screams. Their eyes slowly tracked the movements of Su Yue and Lin Shuang, emitting faint murmurs. As they stepped on the viscous, springy floor, Su Yue felt as if he were treading on shattered human bones, the crunching sound unnerving. Lin Shuang, holding a short knife, led the way, the faint glow from the jade pendant on her chest barely illuminating the path about three steps ahead. Suddenly, the air in front of them began to churn violently, and a colossal, suffocatingly cold pressure surged towards them like a tidal wave, nearly pinning them to the ground…… To be continued……

Japanese 2ch Ghost Story | Yashaka-sama 👒 ①

Requested by Mò Mò to see😆 This is a ghost story that appeared on Japan's 2ch "Sarako-wa" (洒落怖) in 2008. Here's the story from the poster's first-person perspective— My father's hometown was a farming family, less than a two-hour drive from my house. Ever since I started riding a motorcycle in high school, I often visited my grandparents during winter and summer breaks, and they always welcomed me warmly. But the last time I went was during the spring break before my third year of high school. That was over ten years ago. It wasn't that I didn't want to go later. It's because—I could never go again. That day, spring break had just begun, and the weather was nice. I rode my motorcycle to my grandparents' house and was resting on the veranda where the morning sun shone in. Suddenly, I heard a strange sound. "Popo, popoppo, po, po..." (It sounded like a low human voice making a "bo... bo bo..." sound) It didn't sound like a machine; it sounded more like a person. I looked around and saw a hat sticking out above the hedge, about two meters high, in the garden. And that hat was moving. It moved along the hedge until it reached a gap, and then I saw the person beneath the hat. It was a woman wearing a white dress. But— Her head was sticking out far above the two-meter-high hedge. I was surprised at the time, but not scared. I even thought, 'Maybe it's just a very tall woman wearing platform boots, or a tall man dressed as a woman in high heels.' The woman quickly disappeared from my sight, and the "popopo" sound also stopped.

The Train's Liuyun Station (13)

Thirteenth installment: The Only One of My Kind The iron door slammed shut behind him, the heavy clang of metal temporarily muffling the impacts and roars of the monsters outside. Su Yue collapsed onto the floor, gasping for breath, his body drenched in cold sweat. Only then did he realize that his savior was a young woman, no older than her early twenties. Her face was as pale as paper, her eyes filled with a mixture of wariness and indifference. She clutched a short knife stained with dried black blood, and a vintage jade pendant that emitted a faint white glow hung around her neck. "You're alive too?" the woman asked coldly, scrutinizing him from head to toe. "My name is Lin Shuang. If you don't want to die, keep your voice down. Suppress your breathing. While it's safe here for now, the 'Station Master' could come by with a patrol at any moment to inspect this underground corridor." Su Yue nodded quickly, forcing himself to quiet his ragged breaths. At the same time, a flicker of hope ignited within him—in this hellish place, he had finally encountered another rational living person. To be continued...

Train's Liuyun Station (12)

Twelfth Entry: The Labyrinthine Corridor The corridor behind the station was dark and narrow, dimly lit by oil lamps on the walls, with countless identical black wooden doors on either side. Driven by the blood mist and the roars of monsters behind him, Su Yue sprinted desperately, trying to find a place to hide. He hastily pulled open a wooden door, intending to slip inside. However, as soon as the door opened, it revealed not a room, but a bottomless cliff. Below lay a chasm of scalding lava, churning with white bones. Terrified, he slammed the door shut and tried another. This one opened to reveal a space packed with dried corpses hanging from the ceiling, their eyes wide open, staring at him. The foul wind from behind grew closer. A monster, its maw filled with fangs and half its face rotted away, tore through the blood mist, lunging at him with a piercing roar. In that critical moment, a heavy iron door at the end of the corridor creaked open a sliver. A long, cold hand reached out, yanked Su Yue inside, and the iron door slammed shut heavily. Not a horror story, just want to share my precognition(?) ability

Not sure if this is the right place to post, please let me know if it violates any rules🥺 Actually, I'm not sure if this is precognition, or what's called 'synchronicity', or maybe the heavens sensed my thoughts and decided to play a trick on me😂 Anyway, for a long time now, I've had this very subtle ability. It was so subtle that at first, I didn't think it was anything magical or supernatural, I just thought 'Wow, what a coincidence'. It's that if I pay special attention to certain things for a period of time, then a few months or even a few weeks later, major news related to that topic will appear. For example, a while back a few years ago, I suddenly became very interested in plagues and viruses. I was researching related literature almost every day back then, and a few months later, COVID-19 broke out, causing immense fear for everyone (but at the time, I was just a little startled and didn't think much of it, just considered it a coincidence). However, since that incident, it feels like this strange ability of mine has been gradually strengthening. Some things aren't that big of a deal, so I hardly remember them haha~ Then, last year, something that left a deep impression on me was the news of the famous actress Barbie Hsu (大S) passing away due to illness. About a month before this news broke, for some reason, I started obsessively watching her old videos. I remember thinking back then, 'Wow, she's really beautiful and elegant'. Then, one day about a month later, while I was eating out, I suddenly saw the news of her passing. I instantly felt a chill run down my spine. It wasn't that I was scared of her death or anything, but rather (I'm talking too much, continuing in the replies🤣)

Japanese 2ch Creepy Story | Rustle Rustle 🚃

Those who fear horror stories and cute AIs, stay away 😉 This is a short creepy story posted on Japan's 2ch 'Sharafu' board in 2008. Here's the story retold in the first person by the original poster – One day, I got home too late and had to take the last train. My place is a bit out of the way, so I was the only one in the train car. With a few stops left until mine, I started dozing off. After a while, I suddenly felt an unusual chill. Then, I heard a strange sound from above. Rustle rustle... Rustle rustle... (It sounded like someone constantly crumpling a plastic bag.) I looked up – And there was a 'person' lying on the luggage rack across from me. Its hair was messy, its face was purplish, and its cracked skin made it impossible to tell its age or gender. It had a bizarre smile on its face. That's when I realized the 'rustling' sound wasn't from a plastic bag. It was coming from that thing's mouth. My instinct screamed not to make eye contact, but I was too terrified to move. Fortunately, the train soon arrived at a station. I immediately got off, choosing to walk home from two stops earlier rather than stay in the same space as that thing. Speaking of which, I've been hearing a rustling sound from the next room since a little while ago. I want to believe it's just the cat playing.

The Train's Liuyun Station (11)

Chapter Eleven: Blood Mist Descends *Dong*—*Dong*—*Dong*— The giant antique clock suddenly let out a heavy and piercing chime, a sound not like metal striking, but more like the mournful cry of some colossal creature. The sickly green lights instantly extinguished, replaced by a thick, blood-red mist that seeped in through every crack in the windows. The mist carried a potent smell of rust and was intensely corrosive. Where it touched, wooden benches hissed as they corroded, rapidly dissolving into black liquid. The shadowless figures in the lobby, who had been sitting stiffly, suddenly opened their mouths in unison, emitting inhuman shrieks. Their skin began to rot, their bones made terrifying tearing sounds, and their bodies rapidly swelled and contorted, transforming into monsters with festering skin, numerous extra limbs, and mouths full of fangs, rampaging wildly through the hall, searching for any trace of living beings. Su Yue didn't dare to linger for a moment. Enduring the sharp pain in his back, he bolted towards a dark, long corridor at the rear of the station... To be continued...

The Train's Liuyun Station (10)

Tenth Installment: The Source of Suicidal Thoughts The old man's words struck Su Yue's heart like a heavy hammer, instantly stunning him. He recalled the night before he came here—after his company went bankrupt and he was burdened with insurmountable debt, his girlfriend left him. He had indeed sat alone in his car at the edge of a cliff, gazing into the abyss, contemplating ending his life. Could it be that this brief yet extreme suicidal thought, like a guiding light, led him from the real world to this terrifying otherworld situated between the living and the dead? "Liuyun Station is the final stop between the mortal world and the underworld, and it's also a hunting ground for ancient evil spirits," the old man said, pointing above. The originally pale green light above the hall began to fade, replaced by an unsettling crimson hue. "The first bell is about to ring, and a blood mist will soon fill the entire hall. If you don't want to end up as scraps in a monster's belly, hurry and find a place with an iron door to hide." To be continued……
