Couldn't resist coming to the stinky tofu stall near the office today to have stinky tofu and intestine & oyster noodles. The freshly fried stinky tofu has a crispy, cracker-like exterior, but the inside is so tender it bursts with juice! One bite of the sauce-soaked, crispy-outside, tender-inside stinky tofu, followed by a big mouthful of sweet and sour, crunchy Taiwanese kimchi. Dip it in the special chili sauce, and you really can't stop eating! For the intestine and oyster noodles, the boss added garlic paste and cilantro, which gives it a great aroma! The oysters are quite big and plump. The intestines are also well-braised and chewy. My favorite way to eat it is to load up on the black vinegar and chili sauce on the table myself! Spicy and satisfying, it's incredibly delicious and filling!! It would be perfect if I could have a beer 🍺 Afternoon tea is over. Probably don't need dinner tonight 😝😝 This humble servant is going to get so fat!
