Although I said this is a fun little chat circle for office workers, In reality, I'm having a really hard time at work right now. Our small team actually only has 3 people. There are divisions within the company departments. I don't know why, but my supervisor seems very popular at the company. However, he is very distant towards me and another senior colleague. We communicate almost exclusively via messages. Our desks are actually very close. Today, more than once, I was questioned by him during meetings. I know I made mistakes, but is there really a need to do it in such a public, trial-like manner? He has an aggressive attitude, speaks very rudely, lacks empathy, but is closely related to my work. I really can't stay here any longer. I really want to ask for help. This meager salary is not enough to cover the stress and emotional labor I'm putting in.

Is going to work fun or not fun?

Honestly, it's a bit tiring But the environment is completely different from being in the office. It's my first time working in the food service industry It all feels so magical. Is also something I'm experiencing for the first time. My company deposits my salary, but the bank shows it as a non-passbook deposit.

For many people, getting perfect attendance at work is easy. But I'm the type of person who can get work done even if I take a day off. There are few employees as excellent as me. If only the company wasn't so stingy. And all this perfect attendance bonus is included in the salary. Many people give up for the whole month after being late once. I would do the same if it were me. It's truly unbelievable. As a woman, I genuinely feel that having only one menstrual leave day per month is far too little! However, there are also women who don't have this problem at all. I call these outstanding women 'the chosen ones'. Perhaps they love their jobs so much that they must come to the company regardless of illness or period. Today is the second day of my period.
