Ingredients Preparation Main Ingredients: Shrimp: 300g (patted dry) Pork back fat or minced fatty pork: 50g (for aroma, optional) Toast (crusts removed, finely diced): As needed (for crispy coating) Seasonings & Powders: Egg white: 1 Cornstarch: 2 tbsp Salt: 1/2 tsp, White pepper: 1 tsp, Sugar: 1/2 tsp, Sesame oil: 1 tsp Instructions Making the Shrimp Paste: Roughly chop 2/3 of the shrimp (to retain texture), and finely mince the remaining 1/3. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp and pork fat. Add egg white, salt, white pepper, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir and pound in one direction until sticky. Finally, mix in the cornstarch for a chewy texture. Shaping and Coating: Divide the shrimp paste into small portions and shape them into thick, round, flat patties by hand. Press a layer of diced toast evenly onto both sides, gently patting to ensure it adheres. Frying until Golden Brown: Pour oil into a pot and heat to about 150°C (medium-low heat). Place the shrimp patties in the oil and fry over medium-low heat until firm and the toast pieces are a tempting golden brown and crispy. Then, remove and drain the oil. Serving: Cut into pieces while hot, dip in sweet chili sauce or ketchup. The crispy exterior and chewy interior will have you reaching for more!

I thought my neck pain might be due to bone spurs, but it turns out it's just that the gap between my 4th vertebra and another one is narrower. The treatment involved neck traction, hot packs, and electrical stimulation for my shoulders.
