Really 'P'recautions Needed

I was live-streaming the typhoon at 1 AM today. Then I went to sleep. Woke up after a nap and checked the path: Damn, it was 1km away from landfall. AT Field, block the landfall one more time! There probably won't be any more typhoons making landfall this year.

Typhoon Dianmu Latest Updates and Path Prediction (October 24)

Future Wind and Rain Trends: *October 24 (early morning to dawn): The typhoon continues to approach the waters northeast of Taiwan. Northern, northeastern, and eastern regions should still be aware of strong winds and rainfall. *October 24 (morning): The typhoon is expected to gradually move north or northeast, and the impact of the typhoon's core on Taiwan is likely to decrease. *October 24 (noon to afternoon): The typhoon's center is expected to move further away from Taiwan, and overall wind and rain may gradually weaken. *October 24 (evening): The typhoon's direct impact is expected to continue to decrease, but northern and northeastern areas may still experience rainfall and strong gusts. *October 25: The typhoon is expected to continue moving away, and Taiwan's weather will gradually recover, but residual moisture and rainfall brought by the northeast monsoon should still be monitored. Conclusion: If you are concerned about when the typhoon's center will move away, the period after noon on the 24th is a point worth observing, with the overall impact expected to gradually decrease from the afternoon. However, the typhoon's center moving away does not mean the wind and rain will stop immediately. Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung, and Yilan, in particular, should remain vigilant about actual weather changes. Actual conditions should be based on the latest announcements from the Central Weather Administration.

Typhoon Holiday (10/24)

Typhoon Holiday on 10/24: Northern Taiwan (incl. Yilan) + Central Taiwan (excl. Yunlin) + Lienchiang (Matsu) will suspend work and classes. Other areas will operate normally as the wind and rain haven't met the standard. Anyway, I guess no one will be attending classes this Saturday, right? (Excluding cram schools)

Typhoon Day

This typhoon weather is f–ing insane lately. My ping in Legend rank is terrible, barely one bar. Before the typhoon, it was full bars. What's going on now? It's making me play so badly, and Kaelen keeps getting tilted. It's your good fortune to be playing with me when the internet is this bad.

Typhoon Champi's eyewall touches eastern Taiwan; heaviest rainfall expected from 23rd to early morning 24th

With Typhoon Champi approaching, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) stated that rainfall will be most significant from today until tomorrow morning. Northern and northeastern mountainous areas should watch out for rainfall at or above the torrential level, with localized extremely heavy rainfall possible in the Yilan mountains. The CWA continues to issue a sea and land typhoon warning for the moderate typhoon Champi. According to the CWA website, as of 6 AM today, the center of Champi was located approximately 330 kilometers east of Eluanbi, moving north-northwest then north at speeds of 20 to 9 kilometers per hour. The central pressure is 945 hectopascals, with maximum sustained winds near the center at 43 meters per second (equivalent to Force 14), a 7-force wind radius of 320 kilometers, and a 10-force wind radius of 120 kilometers. Its eyewall has already made contact with the eastern coast of Taiwan, posing a threat to the landmass of Taiwan, as well as Penghu and Matsu.
