Plump and sweet oysters, paired with savory fermented black beans and garlic sauce, steamed in an electric cooker for a tender, non-overcooked dish. Main Ingredients: Fresh oysters, fermented black beans (rinsed lightly), minced garlic, minced chili, chopped scallions, soy sauce, rice wine, a little cornstarch. Simple Instructions: Gently wash the oysters, then toss with a little rice wine and a tiny amount of cornstarch (this helps lock in the sweetness). Arrange the oysters on a plate, sprinkle with rinsed fermented black beans, minced garlic, and minced chili, then drizzle with a small spoonful of soy sauce. Place in the electric cooker with 0.8 cups of water in the outer pot. Once the cooker finishes, sprinkle with chopped scallions and let it steam for 2 minutes before serving.

Recreate Tainan's classic street food at home! Use an electric cooker to heat the filling and an oven to toast the bread until crispy, perfectly recreating the nostalgic taste of a crispy outside and rich inside. Main Ingredients: Thick-cut toast, diced chicken, shrimp, onion, mushrooms, milk (or heavy cream), butter, cornstarch slurry. Instructions: Make the Filling: Add butter to the inner pot, sauté onion, mushrooms, diced chicken, and shrimp. Pour in milk and bring to a boil. Season with salt, then thicken with cornstarch slurry to create a rich white sauce. Add 0.5 cup of water to the outer pot and steam in the electric cooker until cooked. Make the Toast Box: Cut off the crusts of the thick-cut toast (optional), cut a lid from the top, and hollow out the center bread. Lightly brush the surface of the toast box with butter and bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy. Assemble: Pour the rich white sauce cooked in the electric cooker into the baked toast box and cover with the toast lid to enjoy.

Tonight, don't dwell on the outcome, just rest well; Tomorrow, don't ask about the past, just bravely move forward. Some things, if you can't figure them out today, just let them go for now; Some answers, if you can't get them now, leave them to time. Life doesn't require you to give your all every single day. Sometimes stopping to catch your breath is also for the sake of going further. Let today's hardships stay with today; Let yesterday's regrets remain in yesterday. Lighten your heart, put down your worries, Sleep peacefully, and when you wake up tomorrow, it's a new beginning. May you tonight let go of fatigue and sleep soundly; May you tomorrow, with peace and courage, continue on your own path.

Had an interview for a restaurant job today. They said I need to work at least 4 days a week, with 2 weekdays and 2 weekend days scheduled. Closing time is midnight (00:00), so I might reconsider working part-time in my third year of college.

First box of the day, can't complain about the little bit I got💎

It's been 3 days! No time missions, no action missions, no dungeons, nothing at all....

I went for a walk in Xianghu Park a few days ago and saw Winnie. I especially love his round butt😍😍😍

Getting 200 gems for 15 minutes of play is really low value. I generally don't play games like this. Although there are hidden quests, this game is too difficult compared to similar games I've played before. Not recommending this game.

It's so sad that the story I wrote with all my heart got buried.
